We have urgent opening for Telesales Executive At Gurugram.

Profile : Telecaller cum Inside sales executive

Role and Responsibility:
1. Handling sales over the phone entirely.
2. solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
3. Collect information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
4. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
5. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
6. Understanding customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
7. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
8. Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients.

Note: 6 days working and tuesday off
Experience: 1+ year
